Counterpoint Records and Books has been buying and selling second-hand and rare books and records right under the Hollywood sign for over four decades. It is a fully stocked literary and musical treasure chest, as well as an authentic Californian used bookshop, with "old book" smell and friendly atmosphere included. A compulsory stop on any trip to LA.

The shop is maintaining office hours, and they are there Monday - Friday 11:30 – 4:30. They are offering curbside pick up and going to the post twice a week.
